Aquis Exchange: Interim Results

Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the exchange services group, is pleased to announce its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2022.

The Company reports on a period of continued revenue growth, increasing 21% to £8.3 million, and EBITDA at £1.4 million (1H21: £1.6 million) following a significant investment in technology and development headcount to drive future growth.

All three of the Aquis divisions were profitable in the period, with revenues driven by increased contributions from the principal business divisions: pan-European secondary trading, technology sales, primary issuers and data revenues. Looking ahead, Aquis continues to track in line with expectations for FY22 despite prevailing economic uncertainty.
