In July 2022, total equities turnover value on the GPW Main Market was PLN 20.9 billion, representing a 9.7% increase year on year, while Electronic Order Book turnover value increased by 12.3% year on year to PLN 20.8 billion. Average daily Electronic Order Book equities turnover value stood at PLN 990.8 million, a 17.6% increase year on year. On the last trading day of July 2022, the WIG index closed at 55,007.36 points, representing an 18.7% decrease year on year.

Total July 2022 NewConnect equities turnover value decreased by 43.9% year on year to PLN 152.7 million, while Electronic Order Book equities turnover decreased by 45.0% year on year and stood at PLN 147.4 million.

Total July 2022 derivatives turnover volume was 993,800 contracts, representing a 76.1% increase year on year. Index futures turnover volume increased by 123.4% year on year to 654,000 contracts. Single- stock futures turnover volume increased by 1.1% year on year to 117,200 contracts. Currency futures turnover volume increased by 43.5% year on year to 208,200 contracts.

In July 2022, structured products turnover value decreased by 21.6% year on year to PLN 182.3 million. ETF turnover value increased by 36.9% year on year to PLN 56.5 million.

At the end of July 2022, Catalyst listed non-Treasury bond value was PLN 92.8 billion, compared to PLN 101.0 billion at the end of July 2021. In July 2022, turnover value of non-Treasury bonds on Catalyst’s Electronic Order Book increased by 320.7% year on year to PLN 885.9 million.

In July 2022, total TBSP bond turnover value was PLN 17.9 billion, compared to PLN 50.8 billion in July 2021, representing a 64.9% decrease year on year.

Total July 2022 electricity turnover volume was 12.0 TWh, representing a 43.9% decrease year on year, where spot transaction turnover volume decreased by 25.2% year on year to 2.4 TWh and forward transaction turnover volume decreased by 47.2% year on year to 9.6 TWh.

Total July 2022 natural gas turnover volume was 7.0 TWh, representing a 58.5% decrease year on year, where spot transaction turnover volume decreased by 10.6% year on year to 1.0 TWh and forward transaction turnover volume decreased by 61.8% year on year to 6.0 TWh.

Turnover volume of July 2022 spot transactions in property rights to certificates of origin, excluding rights to certificates of energy efficiency (“white certificates”), 2 was 1.7 TWh, representing a 0.4% increase year on year.

In July 2022, turnover volume of property rights to certificates of origin of energy efficiency (“white certificates”) decreased by 56.8% year on year to 4.3 ktoe 3 .

July 2022 turnover volume in Guarantees of Origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources increased by 66.2% year on year to 3.4 TWh.

At the end of July 2022, the market capitalisation of 374 domestic companies listed on the Main Market was PLN 565.9 billion (EUR 119.4 billion), while the total market capitalisation of 419 domestic and foreign companies listed on the Main Market was PLN 1,089.5 billion (EUR 229.9 billion).

Shares of the company CREOTECH INSTRUMENTS (transfer from NewConnect) were newly listed on the Main Market in July 2022.

Shares of the company HIPROMINE S.A. (offering value: PLN 36.8 million) were newly listed on NewConnect in July 2022.
